Central Operations Support Specialist

Family First have launched a new Central Operations Support Specialist role which will support managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to support our central operations team.

The Central Operations Support Specialist role is 40 hours per week, salary up to £30,000 per annum and hybrid with 2/3 days in our support office based in Welwyn Garden City.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operational Support

Administrative Tasks

Data Management

Processes Improvement

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

**Key Accountabilities**:
Develop and embed the annual nursery calendar, owning seasonal events and associated operational activity

Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments specifically for the field operations team and executive led meetings

Support the implementation of operational strategies and processes

Manage processes and date as required to support wider field and executive teams

Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency

Liaise across all support office functions to ensure seamless communication between nursery, field, exec and support teams

Act as lead facilitator for all cross-functional activities and co-ordinate relevant projects and initiatives with a clear focus to deliver within project scope and budget

**Essential Experience**:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Analytical skills and attention to detail
