Your main responsibilities will include
- Taking Reservations on the phone for Hotel, Restaurant, and Escape Dungeon bookings.
- Checking guests in and out, and ensuring their welcome and departure experience is genuine, friendly and efficient.
- Monitoring guests stays are happy and resolving any problems.
- Processing bookings and allocating arrival rooms.
- Co-ordinating with all the other departments that the guests experience is being monitored.
- Completing shift checklists
- Process payments.
- Upselling hotel amenities.
- Helping guests with their parking.
- Kind and respectful with a positive attitude.
- Wanting to engage with Management and our team to strive for new ways to innovate or grow.
- Professional.
- Attentive to our customers and delivers exceptional 5-star service.
- Has a good understanding of Microsoft Office and is IT proficient and is confident they will be able to learn Property Management Systems.
- Reliable and Trustworthy.
- Will shine with good customer service skills. We just want you to be you, whether you are quiet and courteous and efficient or bubbly and engaging.
- Efficient and detail orientated.
- Can stay calm during busy demand periods.
- Able to identify jobs that need doing and keep on top of cleanliness.
- Adaptable and able to find quick solutions to problems or guest requests.
- A good team member willing to jump into other departments if the need arises.
- Able to follow all Health and Hygiene regulations as well as adhering to Covid-19 Regulations as part of the Governments latest guidelines and requirements.
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
A Driving License.
