usually 5:30/ 6pm start around 10/10:30pm finish

Job Roll to include
- good friendly customers skills
- taking food & drink orders
- serving drinks, hot & cold
- handling payments - training will be given
- keeping service area clean & tidy
- table service, clearing & laying tables
- helping clear down at the end of the shift
