Valeco Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our client on an exclusive basis to recruit a new administrator to join a small and busy team in the heart of Edinburgh.

Our client offers hybrid working, however if you wish to be in the office full time this is not a problem as they understand that not everyone wishes to be home based always.

You will be working in a supportive team and we are keen to speak with confident, organised and hardworking administrative professionals.

**What is on offer?**
- Starting salary between £19,000 - £20,500
- Monday to Thursday 9am until 5pm with every Friday 9am until 4.30pm
- 24 days holiday + 10 public holidays
- 3.75% Employee Pension with 7.5% Employer

**So, what does the role of Training Administrator involve?**
- Inputting accurate records onto the companies CRM system
- Setting up client records
- Maintaining client records and updating accurately
- Working with clients and building up key relationships
- Team working
- Data checking
- Creating reports for the team and your line manager
- Preparing invoices
- Organising travel and accommodation(when allowed)
- Scanning documents
- Managing your workload and deadlines
- Filing and ensuring all electronic files are stored correctly along with other ad hoc tasks as required by your line manager.

**This is not a role based in a HR department(please note this is not for a foot in the door within a HR department or where you will could become a trainer)**

**What is the criteria?**
- Loyal employee who is looking to settle down within an organisation
- Strong background in office administration along with working with clients
- Be able to manage your own workload with mínimal supervision
- First class communication skills
- PC literate and confident in working on Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams
- Proactive individual who has a flexible attitude
