An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Data Controller responsible for Programme and project dataflow documentation is accurate, consistent, and current at all times. The role will be Hybrid working with travel to Group Support

**What you’ll get to do**:
To ensure that appropriate governance and control processes are in place and managed, so that the programme team and relevant business areas must hand a reliable source of information on which to impact assess and make decisions around change and the planning of change.
- You will be accountable for _:

- Maintaining current process and dataflow documentation.
- Creating of new process and dataflow documentation as required.
- Maintaining details of ownership of process and dataflows
- Ensuring responsibilities for documentation and process change are understood and acted upon cross functionally.
- Ensuring that governance and controls are in place to maintain consistency across process and dataflow documentation, including as it relates to sources, organisation, and storage.
- Identifying, cataloguing, and monitoring, data assets that are essential to the organisation’s operations or services.
- Assisting in ensuring data complies with laws, regulations, and security standards with regards to usage, handling, and storage

- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders and data owners
- Excellent IT skills - Including Excel and Visio
- Well-developed written, presentational and verbal communication skills
- Experience of data governance
- Previous experience within health and/or social care sector
- Involvement in or co-ordination of project work
- Logical and Methodical way of working, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate that the Company’s Vision and Values are at the centre of all you do.
- Comply with all company policies in place.
- Undertake training and development deemed necessary for the pursuance of the post.
- Reach a good operating standard of I.T. competence to be able to use Company electronic systems effectively.
- Work positively towards anti discriminatory practice
- Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required as part of your role in line with business needs.
