**Purpose**:
Like many organisations, we are looking to put data and insights at the heart of what we do. Increasing the maturity of our use of People data, both within People group and across the wider organisation. Our current priorities include improved insights and visualisation of data through increased use of Workday dashboards and other analysis tools and ensuring the accurate delivery of reward related changes within a new pay framework.

This is a standalone role, reporting to the Head of People Operations to lead the maintenance, security and reporting of AQA's People data. Ensuring we remain legally compliant in the way we manage our permanent and seasonal workers. Making best use of Workday and other tools such as Excel and Power BI to provide accurate and timely information for stakeholders across AQA.

**To be successful in this role you will have knowledge and experience in**:

- Building advanced reports and dashboards within Workday. Gained through 3+ years' experience
- Experience of independently providing legal and regulatory reports including gender pay gap
- Best practice for maintaining and extracting data from multiple sources including Workday
- How to make best use of analysis tools such as PowerBI
- How to present data in a clear and concise way, with effective use of graphical representation to inform decision making suitable for presentation to Exec level
- Experience in a HR/People Group function
