**THE COMPANY**
Our client is one of the largest independent travel specialist with key values at the core of the business. Whether it is a business meeting to close a deal, an event to meet industry peers, you will be part of a team creating a difference for the customers.

**THE ROLE**
Our client is looking for a Tour Specialist to take key responsibility for all smaller touring client accounts, managing all tour and travel logistics. Working alongside the Senior Tour Specialist, you will conduct business in an efficient and professional manner whilst adhering to company procedures and guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide a high level customer service to all smaller tour client requirements, whilst anticipating and understanding client needs.
- Whilst maintain accuracy and consistency, formulate logístical itinerary plans and tour movement sheets, within client budgets.
- Manage client queries and travel arrangements.
- Construct detailed Powerpoint presentations for artist hotels.
- Through applicable system tools and software implementation, action all GDS and PNR tasks and company Desktop Files.
- Negotiate the best rates, on behalf of the client, to reduce expenditure.
- Develop industry and product knowledge through assistance and guidance from Touring Management as well as attending training sessions, familiarisations, supplier presentations and events.
- Abide by the company PSP, PCI and Anti-Bribery regulations and report any supplier gifts to the relevant management.
- Aid the growth of the company through potential development leads and referrals.

**THE PERSON**
You will have strong organisation and prioritisation skills with an appreciation for adhering to strict deadlines. With consistent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, you will have the ability to adapt within a fast-paced environment.

Essential requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience within the Travel Industry, specialising in Touring.
- Previous experience of GDS, Galileo preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent experience, in Travel & Tourism.
- Self-motivated, collaborative and able to interchange autonomous independent work with being a team-player.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and mailboxes.
