Arcas Technology is partnered with a Global luxury retail company based in London who are currently looking for an experienced Data Specialist to join their business on a permanent basis.

The focus for this role is to provide Data architecture services such as Data modelling, Data mastering and Data flow design for the business. You will work closely with the business to design, build and deploy business intelligence reports and Power BI dashboards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for understanding and implementing the businesses' strategic goals and objectives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain your work to non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain a continued sense of partnership and collaboration between business, corporate and offshore based teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of the future roadmap whilst partnering with the technology teams to understand key timelines and communications.
- Managing end-to-end partnerships with external and internal partners of innovations to ensure compatibility.
- Motivate and foster communication, creativity and collaborative change.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong understanding of project management methods such as Scrum/Agile/Waterfall and tools such as MS Project/Jira/ITSM tools etc.
- An expert in tools and systems based on Power BI and Azure Analysis services.
- Ability to analyse in detail system issues, evaluate root cause and provide solutions.
- Knowledge on Operations processes, on Planning and Forecasting processes.
- Ability to understand issues of Business Users and translate new business requests into technical development.
- Implement advanced strategies for gathering, analysing and reviewing data requirements.
- Ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage External System Integrators activities and control the quality of developments released.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Data Sourcing, Transformation, harmonisation and Reporting.
- Strong team worker with a collaborative approach to sharing ideas and finding solutions.
