Chances Service offers direct work with vulnerable young people focusing upon their behaviour, building on their strengths and qualities, strengthening family links and engaging positively with their community.

You'll deliver tailored support through varied interventions consisting of weekly 1-1 sessions and pro-social activities in various community settings to young people who have been referred to the service. Intervention support is on a flexible hours basis and includes evening and weekend support depending on the young person's plan.
