Let us introduce you to **Robert**:
Robert is a young man who likes to get out about in his community and attend various activities at his local day service.

Roberts needs support to manage his complex epilepsy. He also needs support with daily living tasks including personal care. Robert can experience high levels of stress and distress, and uses a peg tube at mealtimes. All of which specific training is provided

Robert is a really keen Thomas the Tank Engine fan as well as other classic TV programmes. Robert lives on his own but loves spending time with his family, who are very much involved in his support

Providing support is important so that Robert can live his fullest life. No 2 days are the same and Robert can go through times when his seizure activity can promote challenging situations for Robert and the team. All training is provided but it is reallyimportant that you also have a natural resilience and positive attitude.

Working pattern will involve a rota covering earlies, lates and long days between 07:00-22:00, at which you will handover/takeover from the nightshift team
