**Job Description**:
Working across two of our fashion brands - I SAW IT FIRST and Missguided, duties will include but not limited to:

- To prepare reporting for in Weekly and Monthly Trading Meetings
- Reviews Daily and Weekly Sales performance and carriers out Rebuy and Markdown actions where required
- Reviews over and under performance at Product Group level and suggests trading actions to maximise potential and minimise risk with Merchandiser
- Helps to update WSSI weekly
- Takes ownership of the Critical Path Management and takes appropriate action on issues when they arise
- As well as being competent in preparing trading reports/packs will also make recommendations for reporting improvements across the B&M function and implement
- Conscious of strategic actions that will drive their department forward
- Continues to work closely with QC, Ecommerce, Marketing, Social, BI and building on Supplier relations
- Work with Ecommerce team to maximise the efficiency of customer journey on site (navigation, search terms etc)
- Fully aware of the principles and contribution to the overall Business Strategy
- Delivers key information at the right time, to the right people, and can present when necessary, at meetings
- Support Merch and Buying team with adhoc reporting where necessary
- Work with wider Merch team to find best practices
- Mentoring and coaching junior members of the team

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in merchandising is essential
- Graduate with relevant degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Good organisation skills and able to work well under pressure
- Able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
