Merchandising Admin Assistant

**Job Description**:
Working across two of our fashion brands - I SAW IT FIRST and Missguided, duties will include but not limited to:

- Responsible for creating and amending all purchase orders.
- Manage intake, ensuring strong OPO management.
- Contribute to seasonal range build and capacity planning.
- Changes to supplier revised delivery dates.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure stock is delivered on time.
- Liaise with the warehouse regarding any stock queries and necessary purchase order amendments.
- Sending Barcodes out to suppliers.
- Supporting the Merchandiser with excel reporting and preparation, analysis, data entry and general administrative duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise tasks and effectively manage your time.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisation skills and able to work well under pressure.
