This is a newly created position for a Hybrid Accounts Payable Supervisor to come in and support a busy and high volume team with, daily activity, training, coaching and ensuring that the department runs smoothly across all areas of Accounts Payable.

**Client Details**

The business is a large employer with a great reputation for retaining and developing staff. They have a high workload and as a team of circa 5 you will process around 25k invoices annually.

They are close to Reading and have easy access to public transport as well as parking on site.

They have multiple sites across the UK and operate in a newly refurbished office with a supportive and caring team. They have a degree of flexibility with the hours and are operating on a hybrid basis, currently 2 days in the office, although the expectationwould be for you to do more in your initial 3 months.

**Description**

The key responsibilities for the Hybrid Accounts Payable Supervisor will be to:

- Train and mentor the team
- 121s and appraisals
- Being hands on and supporting in the daily work too
- Being first point of call for all queries
- Dealing with changes to master data regarding new suppliers and change of details
- Weekly payment runs
- Organising and managing KPIs for the team
