Part-Time Position

Contract - This role’s working 20 **hours per week**, Monday - Friday 09.00am - 12pm.

Main Duties for HR Administrator:

- Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive working relations and environment by fostering effective communication, resolving employee issues etc.
- Policy and Compliance: Stay updated o labour laws and regulations, ensuring that the organization's HR policies and practices align with legal requirements.
- Benefits and Compensation: Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.
- Be creative and proactive, continually looking for ways to improve and standardise HR processes, as well as recommend and propose solutions.
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and generate records as required.
- Payroll knowledge would be helpful but not essential as training can be provided.
- Any other duties that commensurate with fulfilling the role

Experience required:

- Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field, or equivalent education or experience. Possess 1-2 years of demonstrated experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role, or hold a CIPD qualification.

**Salary**: £12,154.00-£13,452.00 per year
