After successfully raising an oversubscribed Series A investment round, our team is continuing to grow. We are seeking a talented Founders Associate or an Executive Assistant who is eager to contribute to building a sustainable future. **Your team and your role**

You’ll be partnering with our CEO and supporting our leadership team to help them execute their vision. You’ll play a vital part in our growth trajectory by enabling our CEO and the leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives where they can add the most value and drive Qflow’s growth trajectory forward. In a typical week you’ll be busy with the following:

- Work closely with the CEO to efficiently manage their schedule, prepare for important meetings and clear the operational tasks required to achieve the company's goals.
- Act as the key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication and ensuring the smooth flow of information.
- Attend key meetings alongside the CEO and the leadership team, document meeting outcomes and action items, and follow up on tasks to drive timely execution.
- Supporting with investor reporting, presentations and discussions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and events, make travel arrangements (domestic and international) and coordinate complex itineraries.
- Support on special projects across the business, from partnerships to international expansion; researching and preparing reports on strategic opportunities across new clients, product lines and geographies.
- Compilation of industry reports to drive Qflow’s thought leadership. Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and quality.

**About you**
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a Founders Associate, Executive Assistant or a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and you are a proactive, and adaptable individual who can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and experience working work with all levels of staff across the organisation and a variety of external stakeholders.
- You have exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- You are a fast learner and you can quickly pick up new tools and software.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and MS Teams and you have vast experience creating presentations with appealing layouts that are easy to read and understand.
- You have a high level of discretion and you can handle confidential information appropriately.
- You are passionate about sustainability and you have a strong commitment to our vision.
