This role has been created purely through growth and offers an exciting opportunity for the right person. The role promises a bright future to support a team of Account Executives as well as general day-to-day administrative support.
**Job Description**:
The main duties will include:
Dealing with client queries which could be general or technical policy queries
- Providing business support to our claims handling team
- Proactively chasing aged debt
- General office administration duties
- Preparing and submitting presentations
- Working with the team on larger cases (as required) and providing support and oversight to the administration team
- Communicating with external parties on a regular basis
- Building solid working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring the database is kept up to date at all times along with any hard copy client files
The Successful Applicant
- Previous Team Leader experience (Essential)
- Ideally you will have 4+ years of insurance broking experience with exposure to commercial insurance products
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ambitious and resourceful with a strong ability to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- Must be comfortable and confident communicating via telephone and face to face
