At Wild we are recruiting for an **Applications Support Advisor** based in Milton Keynes working for an established company.

This company is based in Milton Keynes and this is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days in the office, although they can cater for 5 days in the office if that is the preference of the employee. Great benefits package included.

**The Role**:

- Assist with general enquiries
- Record and update accounts
- Adapt to changes set by other departments
- Support clients and colleagues

**Experience**:

- Have good communication skills
- Previous admin and customer service experience
- Someone who is driven and uses their initiative
- Both good verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Be able to communicate effectively using different channels of communication
- Take control of all situations
