A multi-disciplinary Private Practice based in Richmond are seeking a client-facing Building Surveyor to join their close-knit yet growing team.

The successful Building Surveyor will carry out a broad variety of traditional building surveying services including specification writing, contract administration and schedules of condition and be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships.

As the new Building Surveyor, your primary focus will be on high-end residential refurbishment projects and boasts both celebrity and high net-worth individuals as clients. You'll have the opportunity to help and support junior members of staff and havethe opportunity to work your way to director.

**The Successful Building Surveyor**
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
- Ideally 2+ industry experience
- Organised, and capable of handling multiple projects and clients
- MRICS or working towards
- A client-facing demeanour
- Confident communicator both written and verbal
- Strong BS services experience

**In Return?**
- £35,000 - £45,000 (Negotiable)
