Maintenance Surveyor

Panoramic Associates are working with a Housing Association in Yorkshire to recruit a Maintenance Surveyor. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining a thorough understanding of our property portfolio and delivering high-quality repairs and planned work that meet customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Deliver a customer-focused approach to responsive repair and planned work, ensuring quality and value for money.Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain comprehensive service delivery.Provide technical support to non-technical staff and residents on building-related matters.Assist in the development of improvement programs and estate repairs.Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure project delivery adheres to policies and procedures.Actively engage with residents to ensure their needs are met and complaints are resolved promptly.Maintain accurate records and administrative systems related to property and communication.Monitor and manage budgets, procurement, and key performance indicators.Lead in the delivery of identified service areas within the surveyor role.Requirements:Good understanding of property condition and local environments.Strong technical expertise in building-related matters.Experience in project management and budget oversight.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contractors.Knowledge of health and safety compliance and regulations.Proficiency in data gathering and manipulation tools.Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Interviews will take place the week beginning 20th May
