Breakout / Autoclave Operative

**Job description**

Carbon Component Solutions (“CCS”) is a constantly expanding company based in Silverstone. We work in a fast-paced production environment in the composite industry. CCS’ work is predominately to supply components for the motorsport/automotive/general industry.

We are currently looking for a fulltime Breakout/Autoclave Operator - Day Shift.
- Operate and load/unload autoclaves following CCS procedures
- Breakout parts from moulds with safety, care and due diligence to minimise damage
- Be responsible for management of Works Orders and planning the cures for efficiency
- Reassemble moulds and return them to their allotted areas
- Ensure the working area is kept clean and tidy at all times, working to a clean as you go policy
- At all times, adhere to the CCS Health & Safety standards
- Keen interest in learning and putting into practice new skills
- Attention to detail. Ensure all paperwork is compiled and completed accurately
- Being a dependable hardworking team player with good time keeping and attendance
- Good communication and computer skills

Please note this is a hands on role and previous experience would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be given in both breakout techniques together with the loading and running of the autoclaves.

Hourly rate of pay: Competitive
