**Front of House Staff Member**

£11 Per Hour

6 hours per shift. The shifts will be available between Thursday-Saturday evenings and Sunday lunch.

Crocadon Restaurant is a soil centric food and farming project; led by chef Dan Cox. On site growing is managed by Claire Hannington Williams and farmer Tim Williams. All working together to create produce of the highest quality, working with nature to create a complete, full circle, bio secure system that feeds and nourishes our guests. On the farm we share our space with the (soon to open) Mamm farmshop, and Ideal Day Brewery.

We open for dinner and Sunday lunch. We are on the lookout for an organised, well mannered, approachable front of house member to join our small team to deliver exceptional service and to relay our story to our guests.

**The role**

You will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional guest service.

We require a hands-on proactive individual who is enthusiastic and willing to learn.

Your responsibilities will include; serving food and drinks, using POS and till system, communicating with guests, learning and relaying our story, setting up for service and cleaning down at the end of the night.

**What you’ll bring**
- Experience in high quality restaurants or a hospitality background
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability for follow instruction from senior team members
- Strong communication between the floor and kitchen
- High attention to detail
- Enthusiasm, talent and charisma
- Ability to work well as part of a small team and individually
- Passion for and knowledge of the wider restaurant scene
- A strong desire to learn more about farming, growing and full circle food

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour
