This established Chiropractic clinic, in a lovely setting in Five Oak Green, is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join as front of house receptionist. Whether you have a background working in healthcare, or you have developed transferable skills in other sectors, such as retail or hospitality, we are keen to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome & check in patients, making them feel comfortable and at ease.
- Assist patients in completing necessary paperwork and forms where necessary.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and therapies.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the front desk.
- Support the clinicians in educating clients on health and wellbeing (training provided) & facilitating in the sale of products.
- Providing excellent customer service & addressing patient queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic setting.

Qualifications:

- The applicant should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Some experience in a similar healthcare environment or customer service role would be useful.
- Familiarity with some clinical terminology, techniques, and procedures is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and paperwork
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients.
- Proficiency in computer skills.

Work Hours:

- The role is carried out in line with clinic hours Monday - Friday.
- Morning shifts are between 8.45am-1.45pm. And 1.45pm-7.30pm.
- successful applicant will be required Monday, Wednesday, 8.45am-1.45pm, Thursday 1.45pm-7.30pm.

(Note the intention is to expand clinical hours available so more hours may become available)
