**Marketing Executive Commercial (part-time)**

**Location**: Homeworking / Rugby, CV21 3HQ, UK

**Salary**: Circa £31,000 FTE (depending on experience)

Founded in 1922, the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) is the UK-based and internationally recognised qualifying body and learned society for chemical, biochemical and process engineers. We exist to advance chemical engineering’s contribution for the benefit of society.

We are looking for a part-time Marketing Executive to help deliver our commercial strategy. Our commercial activity supports the delivery of IChemE’s strategic aims and includes training, events, publishing and other revenue-generating activity.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing multi-channel/multi-segment sales and marketing campaigns to meet income targets for your allocated products which could include training courses, events and publications.

Core responsibilities of the role include:

- Planning, implementing and analysing the effectiveness of multi-channel sales and marketing campaigns that include e-marketing, social media marketing, and print/digital advertising
- Supporting the development of existing and new commercial products
- Representing the commercial team internally and IChemE at external events

Due to IChemE’s international nature, this position requires a willingness to work flexibly and to occasionally engage in activities outside of normal working hours. Some UK/overseas travel may be required. Only applicants eligible to work in the UK will be considered.

The position is based in the UK and will be a hybrid role with the expectation of it being one to two days working from the Rugby office and the remainder working from home. There will be times when you may be required to attend the workplace on remote working days as and when IChemE requires. Should this happen we will give you reasonable notice.

This is a permanent / part-time role based on working 26 hours per week with flexibility around the exact working pattern.

Starting salary will be circa £31,000 per annum FTE (£21,500 pro rata for 26 hours) depending on experience, plus benefits which include an excellent pension scheme.
