Child Development Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a qualified Child Development teacher for a long-term booking in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The booking will start on February 20th and last until May, with the possibility of becoming full-time. The positionrequires the teacher to be available on Monday and Friday mornings, but these could potentially become full days. The pay for this position is in line with the main teaching pay scale.

As a Child Development teacher, your duties will include planning and delivering lessons to students in a clear and engaging manner, assessing and evaluating student progress, providing feedback and setting goals for improvement, creating and maintaininga safe and positive learning environment, communicating with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns, staying current with developments in the field of education and incorporating new methods and technologies into the classroom, andcollaborating with other teachers and staff members to support student learning and well-being.

The requirements for this position include a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, a valid teaching license or certification, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroomenvironment, the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons to diverse student populations, strong organizational and time-management skills, and a willingness to continuously improve and stay current with developments in the field of education.
