**IT Software & Digital Support Analyst**

**The role**:
To manage the loan stock of imaging equipment and allocate to site when required by organising collections and drop offs through the required courier.

Record fixes and support calls using the IFS management software as well as prepare cases and return orders for returning equipment to Europe for inspection.

To offer expert product knowledge for OPT, CBCT, Xray, PSP and Intra oral dental cameras (Once fully trained)

To support the imaging products used through 3rd party software’s using twain drivers.

To support WAN/terminal server environments using the companies imaging software’s for large NHS sites and teaching hospitals.

Occasional travel will be required including a once yearly trip to mainland Europe.

**Suitable Skills & Experience**:
Experience supporting Windows desktop operating systems as well as Windows server operating systems.

Essential to have a full understanding of networking principles, IPV4, DHCP, DNS.

Understanding of network routers and switches is essential.

Complete understanding of NFTS permissions, firewall and Antivirus configuration.

Previous experience of Software support, specifically medical or Digital imaging software preferred but not essential.

Knowledge of DICOM would be useful.
