- Full-time role, permanent position
- Play a crucial role in overseeing and spearheading the development and execution of top-notch apprenticeship training, aiming for an outstanding experience for both apprentices and employers
- Play a key part in the college's apprenticeship curriculum design, aligning with the requirements of employers and the local economy
- Cooperate with the college management team to provide input into the strategic trajectory of the college and foster close partnerships with stakeholders at both local and regional levels

**A bit about you**
- You will have knowledge of the current issues affecting apprenticeships and the FE sector
- Degree or relevant vocational/professional qualification at a minimum of Level 3
- You will have an awareness of apprenticeship funding requirements and methodologies, as well as the ability to liaise with a range of individuals and manage resources the right way
- Knowledge of teaching and learning methodologies and a grasp of quality assurance principles
