Payroll Controller

Overview:
**Payroll Controller (Fakenham, Norfolk)**

We manufacture a range of products within the snacking and chocolate categories and have various manufacturing sites and offices across the UK and Ireland. We're seeking a Payroll Controller to join our group Finance team to lead the process of weekly payrolls across the UK group, using payroll software and company systems.

This role is Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30 and based at the Kinnerton Confectionery offices in Fakenham, Norfolk.

**Responsibilities**:

- To list pay adjustments from the Time & Attendance System.
- To export data from Time & Attendance System.
- Ensure accurate payroll system input by HR & provide updates.
- Import data from Time & Attendance system, Batch Input & Calculate Pay.
- Produce reports for Pay Summary, BACS Lists, BACS Extract, Pensions, Journals & Financial Control.
- Transmit BACS & issue Epayslips. Upload data to Pension portal.
- Resolve payment queries from departments, HR, individuals & pension provider.
- Ensure all pay is processed in accordance with the contracts of employment & company rules.
- Process monthly pay overs & reconcile payroll control accounts.

- Previous payroll experience essential
- Knowledge and understanding of rules and legislation relating to payroll
- Experience in manufacturing business preferred

Our Locations: Hull, Heckington, Sherburn-in-Elmet, Fakenham, Bromborough, Navan (Ireland). We have a Hub Space in Camden, London for Hybrid/ Home Workers too.
