**About the role**:
Activate Learning is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and inspiring Team Leader to manage the community learning team and be responsible for organising the day to day running of the community focused courses in the Oxfordshire area.
This post provides an excellent opportunity for somebody with outstanding management and organisational skills to support and develop a small team while building our short course provision alongside our directors. You’ll be motivating your team and setting their objectives, as well as reviewing progress and helping them develop.
This is a permanent, part-time (22.5 hours per week) position with the possibility to be based at either our Oxford or Banbury campus.
**What do you need to be a successful as a Community Team Leader at Activate Learning?**
You will have experience of team management, as well as strong personal organisational skills and attention to detail. A key attribute for this role is the ability build relationships and work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience of teaching, further education and budget oversight are highly desirable, but not essential.
