Efficiently plan the finished goods production of multiple work centres of various branded and non-branded items whilst working to challenging service level, lead-times, capacity and inventory metrics. Liaise with all key stakeholders, from raw materials through to dispatch, to ensure supply chain integrity.

Main Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all aspects of Materials Requirement Planning and Master Production Schedule by means of SAP and IBP planning tools.
- Identify stock requirements using the demand plan
- Raising and issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers in ERP
- Track production from suppliers and delivery times
- Coordinate and prioritise production workflow, ensuring maximum performance and minimum delay
- Maintaining & updating product information on ERP
- Maintain optimum stock levels for all SKUs ensuring demand is met
- Achieve stretching service targets by managing Finished Goods stock targets and developing safety stock strategies on new, high-risk and Run-Out, Run-In items whilst balancing working capital and inventory turn requirements.
- Manage component inventory levels within established stock policies and targets by the placement of timely and accurate purchase orders for replenishment.
- Liaise with portfolio management, purchasing and vendors to control supplier performance and ensure deliveries are On-Time and In-Full.
- Work closely inter-departmentally to effectively plan and deliver production whilst balancing various service, operational, and logístical requirements.
- Support Product Movement Plan and Inventory Projection processes by:

- Providing monthly forecast data.
- Providing explanations and help when needed.
- Consistently managing system data integrity in SAP and IBP.
- Show familiarity with KPI metrics and other reporting methods to allow clear communication of business performance and risk management.

General responsibilities:
Undertake other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.

Carry out all duties in accordance with Evergreen Garden Care Ltd Policies and individual contractual terms and conditions of employment.

**Qualifications**:
The role requires strong interaction and relationship building with key stakeholders such as Commercial, Suppliers, Logistics, Production, Finance, Technical and Product development.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must. Preferably also knowledge of queries and macros
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- KPI tracking and dashboard creation
- Background in supply planning
- Knowledge of production processes and limitations
- Ability to contribute individually to greater goal
- Experience managing international suppliers and ensuring deadlines are met
- ICT literacy to deal with various technologies and programs
- Working knowledge of ERP / MRP systems (SAP would be advantageous)
