Please see attached Job description and Person Specification for further details including: Project Leadership & Management Lead the development of ways of working to deliver agreed priorities that are consistent with the Health and Care Plan Champion the use of appropriate complex system practices to ensure sustainable success. Provide work stream leadership and expertise to facilitate and enable core teams to deliver the objectives of the system. Plan and organise complex, long term and often interdependent work streams, ensuring that co-production is at the heart of the approach taken. Design, facilitate and effectively lead work stream meetings with stakeholders; ensuring breadth in participation and a focus on action planning.
Work collectively to determine and allocate staff and other resources to work streams to ensure successful delivery, engendering support from PartnershipSouthwark Strategic Board and Delivery Executive as necessary. Proactively monitor progress to ensure work streams are managed in line with Partnership Southwarks principles/ways of working, whilst also recognising that partners will have their own organisational governance processes and that particular legislation, statutory approvals and mandatory standards may apply. Plan and implement appropriate evaluation of all work streams with input from core team(s).Communications & RelationshipsHighly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills are required in order to effectively engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, at commissioner and provider levels, in order to facilitate the achievement of the SEL CCG strategic priorities.Financial and Physical Resources Ensure that work streams are underpinned by appropriate financial plans through budget planning and negotiation of appropriate budgets, as appropriate. Manage budgets for multi-stranded work streams to ensure best value for money, monitoring expenditure and providing updates, as required.Programme Lead System Delivery Lead any commissioning and procurement of products, equipment, services, systems and facilities, as relevant to the delivery of work streams.
Deliver and oversee complex recharging arrangements across multipleorganisations, as necessary.Staff Management and leadership Lead engagement plans for work streams to proactively ensure that positive and effective relations are developed across all relevant partners. Lead strategies to achieve acceptance, consensus and alignment of views, both formally and informally across partners and core teams. Use highly developed negotiation, persuasion and motivational skills to gain support for innovative work stream approaches. Establish and lead systems to support effective work stream management.
Provide leadership to core team(s), agreeing responsibility to achieve objectives, as necessary. Lead work stream training, as required, and model effective complex system working across work streams. Present and take feedback at board level. Work in a matrix management style and foster close working relations with all partners.
