**JACKSON BUILDING** is looking for a **Surveyor** to join our team in bromsgrove b61 0bx.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting physical surveys of properties, including ground and surface surveying.
- Collecting, processing, and analyzing survey data.
- Reviewing survey data for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicating with clients and property owners regarding the status of surveys.
- Communicating with office staff regarding survey progress and issues.
- Assisting with office tasks as needed.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be familiar with general construction tools such as power saws, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
- Must be familiar with basic surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS software.

Experience**:Surveyor: 1 year (preferred) 2 years (required) Construction: 1 year (preferred) AutoCAD or GIS Software: 1 year (preferred) Construction Documents: 1 year (preferred) Construction Documents Software: 1 year (preferred)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- bromsgrove b61 0bx: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Surveying: 2 years (preferred)
