Transport Administrator required. Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join a leading transport business as a Transport Administrator. In this role, you will work closely with the Transport Manager to ensure compliance with the company's Operators License and assist in coordinating road transport operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate compliance with the company's Operators License, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.
- Assist in maintaining and planning accurate safety inspections for trucks and trailers, ensuring the timely completion of inspections and necessary documentation.
- Maintain precise records for all resources, including vehicles, drivers, and other relevant information.
- Keep accurate infringement records for driving staff, monitoring and addressing any violations or issues promptly.
- Coordinate safety inspections with service providers, ensuring all necessary inspections are conducted and documented.
- Provide support to the planning team, assisting in the coordination of consignments and ensuring efficient transportation operations.
- Collaborate with customers and drivers to coordinate consignments, ensuring timely and effective delivery of goods.
- Devise and maintain systems to streamline administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize computer systems, with proficiency in Excel and Word, to manage and organize data effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a transport office is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Proficient computer skills, including a strong understanding of Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance with regulations and standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, service providers, customers, and drivers.

**Remuneration**
- Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 (Dependant on experience)
- Monday - Friday
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Company pension scheme
- Parking on site.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
