No previous experience needed as full training will be given. Although experience within a customer service position will be advantageous, you will also need basic computer skills and a great telephone manner. You must display a resilience, an empathetic ear and a genuine passion of dealing with people in difficult situations.

You will be the first point of contact for the general public calling 111, delivering a high quality, safe and clinically effective health care support over the telephone. This service is open 24/7 which means working as part of a team covering day, night and weekend shifts.

You must be available for 12-weeks without any upcoming holidays

A flexible approach to working hours - ALL ROTA'S will include 3/4 weekends and 6/8 bank holidays - this isn't negotiable.

You must pass an online assessment and an enhanced DBS check before starting the role.

Salary - Band 3 £10.42 per hour
