De La Rue are currently recruiting for this key position which will be based at our Global Headquarters in Basingstoke. This is a key role as you will be part of a team that is the first point of contact for all our customers, visitors, contractors, and employees and therefore you provide the first impression of De La Rue.

We are looking for professional person with a natural flare for providing first class customer service, who is able to interact with people of all levels and who has good organisation skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken are essential in this role.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Basingstoke

**What will I be doing?**
- Welcoming all visitors, staff,and guests
- Answer incoming calls to switchboard and redirect as appropriate
- Ensuring a positive “customer experience” at all times
- Assist with the booking-in of visitors to the office
- Accompanying high profile guests through the building if required
- Assist with booking meeting rooms, taxi’s, chauffeur assistance as required
- Provide help desk and administrative support for the Facilities team
- Act as and maintain the first line of security for the premises
- Provide support during emergency situations (e.g. fire alarms)
- Provide support with other activities such as building checks, stock checks etc
- To provide support to other areas within the team as and when required, covering holiday, sickness etc
- Ensure all Security and H&S procedures for the office are followed at all times
