Job Details
Come and join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Activities Shift Leader

As part of our Activities and Leisure Team, you will
- Takes

ownership of the shift service delivery ensuring all team are guest obsessed
- Confidently deals with guest concerns with the ability to

resolve problems
- Monitors on-shift service and tasks, arranging appropriate

resource when needed
- Achieves and exceeds shift targets and key performance

indicators
- Ensures all team on shift have the required skills and

training required for their role
- Complete relevant daily administrative tasks including

accurate hours worked recording
- Safety compliance checks and legislative compliance checks

**Pay Rates**: 18+ from £9.97 up to £11.44 per hour
depending on age, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift

Experience and Qualifications
You may already be working in a similar role which is great All we
are looking for is
- For your First Aid at Work & a RLSS NPLQ qualification
- Previous hands-on experience of working within a leisure environment
- Energetic team player

undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting
work and be 18 years and over.
