**Job Role**:General Worker Operative - Steel Manufacturing Environment

This is an interesting role, ideal for a keen person that wants to learn and improve their skills working with sheet metal and learning to operate various tools and equipment.

**Saturday work is available, but not required for the position.**

The job could involve, but not limited to:

- Loading and uploading our laser-cutting machines
- Folding metal parts using a Pressbrake
- General packing and product preparation.
- Powder-coating metal products
- Helping to maintain production flow, delivering goods around the factory.
- Operating robots.

We are a **Lean** manufacturing company, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and a strong teamwork culture within our company.

Monday - Friday 9:30 - 6pm

Standard UK Paid 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays

**Our Company Culture**:
Each morning we develop ourselves with a daily morning meeting and then 3S (sort, sweep, standardise).

As part of our Lean Journey, each team member is required to make one improvement daily to eliminate waste and increase efficiency, If you want a place where your voice is heard and your ideas are implemented, this is the place for you.

We do not have a cleaning staff - each team member (including the company owner) is responsible to clean all aspects of our facility (including the break room and toilets) weekly. Our facility, especially our toilets and break room is spotless - every minute

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
