The Harley Café is a fun, busy café which open 7 days a week, offering excellent fresh food and high levels of customer service.

Recently announced as the 2023 Great Food Club award winner, The Harley Cafe is part of a multi-award-winning Farm Shop based on the Welbeck estate, on the outskirts of Worksop, Nottinghamshire.

We are looking to appoint a Kitchen Porter/Pot Washer to ensure the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective running of the café at all times.

Duties include:

- ensuring the pot wash area is always kept tidy
- assisting the chefs with kitchen prep
- clearing tables
- assisting the front of house teams
- maintaining standards throughout the day

This role is physically demanding, including a high volume of lifting and bending, loading and unloading heavy trays into a dishwasher with a quick turnaround.

Hours typically fall between 8.00am and 5:30pm. Due to the nature of our business, the role will include regular weekend shifts.

Shifts work on a flexible basis due to the nature of the business, with shifts varying with no fixed days and times. Hours of work for the team typically fall between 8am and 5:30pm including weekend working.
