WHAT TO EXPECT

Join JLR as a System Test Lead and steer the future of electric vehicles and autonomous driving. We're at an exciting juncture, transitioning towards Software-Defined Vehicles, and we need your expertise and leadership to guide us. In this pivotal role, you'll set testing standards, mentor teams, and contribute to strategic decisions in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You'll work closely with cutting-edge technologies in electric vehicles and autonomous driving systems. You'll be shaping the plans and working with senior leadership to set our strategic direction in electrification and autonomous technology. You'll foster a culture of innovation within your team, leading them to excellence with a focus on key performance indicators. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Influence strategic backlog and prioritization decisions in your area of expertise.
- Measure performance using objectives and KPIs to achieve business, technology, and people outcomes.
- Align chapter members across squads for optimal talent utilization and skill development.
- Remove impediments to value delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- You need to be skilled in automotive technologies and completely understand a subsystem / system by analyzing functional and non-functional requirements.
- You must be skilled in system test technologies and processes.
- You must be able to define / tailor and own test processes for your chapter to follow.
- You must be able to coach product team on testing processes and methodologies to deliver product test strategies which must outline overall approach, techniques, tools, and resources.
- You must be able to help identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- You must be able to guide through objective criteria the design of test specification to achieve the desired level of quality.
