- Develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans
- Coordinate and manage internal events and initiatives to promote employee engagement and company culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure consistent messaging across all internal communication channels
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to senior leaders in delivering effective internal communications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content
- Attention to detail and strong editing skills
- Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of best practices in internal communications

**Salary**: £27,527.00-£31,794.00 per year
