Are you an **experienced Lettings Agent** who has always wanted to **work for one of estate agency’s premier brands** but never had the opportunity? Then, **this could be your chance**

Our client is an **upmarket global real estate agency** with an** **enviable reputation** **and an **international network of offices,** **and currently has a fantastic** **opportunity for a **Lettings Negotiator** to join their **vibrant team in Clifton.**

This is newly created opportunity **with huge scope for progression** and the opportunity to take advantage of the company’s **competitive, uncapped commission structure.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Qualifying, registering and maintaining a database of applicants
- Negotiating tenancies with clients
- Assisting negotiators in agreeing tenancies on properties where you have the relationship with the client
- Providing weekly marketing and property performance feedback to clients
- Helping build and expand the lettings business, and to be aware of future opportunities
- Cross selling / referring across the business
- Maintaining the company’s standard as a market leader
- Creating local business relationships and building the company’s reputation
- Developing and maintaining a close working relationship with the Sales department
- Complying with the various Codes of Conduct of the national bodies the department is a member of, such as ARLA and RICS.
- Having a comprehensive knowledge of the London lettings market
- Demonstrating a track record of achieving targets
- Monitoring and growing local profile including developing marketing and PR opportunities

**Key skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ prior lettings experience
- Ideally be ARLA qualified
- Confident and enthusiastic approach to work
- Track record of achieving targets
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels
- Be comfortable working with multiple departments, fitting into different teams as required.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence.

This** **fantastic opportunity** will provide a **basic salary of up to £25,000 **dependent on experience, an **on target earnings** figure of** £40,000 to £42,000, **plus an **annual discretionary bonus** You will also be provided with a **generous car allowance.**
