**Senior Lettings Negotiator**

Our client is a well established Estate agency offering a great working environment with lots of progression opportunity available. You'll be working out of their modern Clifton office in a busy market.

**As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for**:

- Assisting in the marketing and letting of residential properties
- Generating and carrying out viewings with potential tenants
- Handling offers and negotiations
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants

**Requirements**:

- A strong desire to learn and grow within the property industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license

**Salary**:£22,000 - £23,000 + commission

**OTE**:£25,000 + uncapped

Use of company pool car
