Reed are delighted to be working with a well-respected member of Edinburgh’s technology sector during an exciting period within the companies finance team. The organisation offers a range of services to businesses across the UK and have contracts with householdnames.

The organisation is looking for someone with experience processing a high volume of invoices for an immediate start. This role initially starts off as a 6-month temporary role with the opportunity to be extended or made permanent at the end of the period.

The role of Sales Ledger Clerk would see you not only process invoices but review and fix anomalies on any billing documents created or distributed. In addition to this, you will engage with stakeholders across the business in resolving any queries aroundthe billing documents.

This role offers a competitive salary with an extremely flexible working arrangement with hybrid working available and flexible starting and finishing times.

**Key Duties**
- Processing a high volume of sales invoices
- Managing customer billing queries
- Resolving errors and queries in a timely manner
- Processing billings to tight deadlines
- Reconciling billing data
- Experience processing invoices to a high volume
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage workloads
- Strong interpersonal skills
