**Job Scope**:
In support of our mission to prepare students for successful transitions to adulthood, we are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our dynamic office. The core responsibility of this role involves managing reception and telephone duties, extending a warm welcome to visitors, handling diary management, receiving deliveries, and providing essential administrative support for student-related tasks.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for setting up new starter files, compiling annual review information, recording minutes during annual reviews, sending invitations for annual reviews, and entering data into systems. Flexibility is paramount, as duties will vary, requiring the ability to adapt and assist wherever needed.
As an Administrator, you'll operate within a dynamic, evolving environment, showcasing strong multitasking skills and readiness to navigate unforeseen tasks with composure. The role of Administrator demands both collaborative teamwork and the capacity for independent work, coupled with a strict commitment to maintaining confidentiality. A positive mindset, a sense of humor, and the ability to extend a warm and friendly welcome to visitors are pivotal attributes for achieving success in this rewarding position.
**Do you have?**
- Proficient literacy and numeracy, minimum of 5 GCSEs above C, including English and Maths
- At least one year of demonstrable experience in an administrative role
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
- Ability to use various databases once trained
- Accurate typing skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
- High levels of interpersonal skills, demonstrated through excellent written and verbal communication.
- Collaborative team player who maintains discretion, confidentiality, and reliability.
