An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 2 Health Care Support Workers within the Acute Respiratory Unit at Fairfield General Hospital.
The Acute Respiratory Unit on Wards 11a/b is a face paced, high acuity unit caring for Respiratory, General Medical and ENT patients.
**Main duties of the job**:
Working alongside a Registered Nurse to develop and deliver a personalised plan of care to patients. This will include assisting with personal care needs such as washing and dressing, mobility support, nutritional care needs and maintaining thorough records and documentation

- Willingness to undertake shifts across a 24 hour period (Days, Nights, Weekends, Bank Holidays)

- Previously experience working in an acute care setting
