About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join our team at Claimont Health LTD. As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients who require complex health needs in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing person-centred care and support to clients with complex health needs
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication management, and mobility
  • Supporting clients with communication and social interaction
  • Working collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the clinical team

Requirements

  • 1 year or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker
  • NVQ Level 3 related subjects or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
