As a Navigation and Imaging Sales Specialist (Spine), you will represent Stryker as a leader in our industry by assisting with the selling, promoting, and marketing of our products to a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will take an active part in customer education in the field, supporting the sales manager to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success.

From pre-op to intra-op to post-op, Spine Enabling Technologies are driven to empower healthcare professionals with the capabilities they need to enhance surgical decision making and performance. Our products include the Airo Tru CT, CranialMap 3.0, NAV3i and SpineMap.

**Responsibilities**
- Develops and maintains outstanding relationships with Stryker’s new and existing customers and drives recurrent sales cycles and continuous growth for our Enabling Technology products.
- Cultivates new sales opportunities alongside the Enabling Technology and Spine Director and effectively manages lead generation.
- Support the development and execution of the sales plan as well as grow the utilisation of the navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons.
- Leading a cross functional team in executing the sales cycle and post sale installation
- Managing capital sales cycles for high value products.
- Building strategies alongside the Marketing and Spine leadership team to increase brand awareness, selling capabilities and product performance.
- Providing consistent and timely reporting of key account activities, forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports
- Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and Clinical/Technical support in the operation of the company's navigation technologies, associated equipment and instruments to insure procedural efficiency.
- Attending sales training meetings, trade shows and other internal and external events to promote and give visibility to the companies’ products.

**What you need**
- Demonstratable success selling Surgical or Medical capital sales equipment, with surgical orthopaedics desirable
- Proven ability to move sales through a budgeted and an off-budget process.
- Knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development, new product introduction, P/L management, and field testing.
- A valid drivers’ license
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and healthcare professionals including surgeons.
- Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments, and understand the financial operations of a hospital
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
