Due to business growth, we are recruiting a Resourcing/Sentinel Coordinator to join the team.

**What this job involves**:

- Allocation of labour to work plan including short notice cancellations, amendments, additional shifts and absence.
- Identify additional areas for XRail labour
- Liaise with employees and sub-contractors to confirm rates of pay, travel and accommodation requirements, and training courses
- Liaise with third party suppliers to meet work plan demands
- Fatigue management in line with industry standards
- Responsibility of data upload into Sentinel, including maintaining all compliance records
- Compile sentinel sub sponsor requests ensuring all compliance is met
- Creating timesheet packs for all works undertaken and sending to third party
- Creation and daily management of the Application for Payment process
- Coordinate and monitor all MacRail data
- Maintain and develop strong collaborative working relationships with clients
- Responsibility for Deputy system including training new starters, addition and deletion of data, collating and publishing shifts.
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office programmes
- The tenacity to challenge to status quo

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
