**About the role**:
At Red Kite, we don't just work for our tenants, we work with them. This role sits within our Senior Leadership Team and provides leadership and direction to staff who look after the relationships we have with our tenants.

Responsibilities for this role are broad, including the customer contact centre, relationship management, home ownership and the full package of tenancy management. From driving service delivery on empty homes and lettings, to whole-tenancy lifecycle support including wellbeing and tenancy sustainment.

We're looking for someone who can handle pressure well and prioritise effectively. We need you to have a collaborative working style and be a strong, authentic leader. We want a solutions person who doesn't see problems, but opportunities, someone who contributes ideas pro-actively to make the most of them.
