Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate, and experienced bank Support Workers who can demonstrate the ability to provide the highest quality care for children and young people to join our team, in providing care and assistance to individuals in need.

The role involves supporting service users in various aspects of their daily lives, ensuring their well-being and promoting independence.

We have a the following shift patterns available throughout the week as follows:
10am to 10am the following morning (sleeping in at 11pm-7am) - £243.04per shift.

We currently require bank staff with the potential of getting a permanent contract.

The children’s home is in Liverpool and provides accommodation to 1 children/young person of both genders and it is a 2:1 ratio.

Duties

Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

Drive service users to appointments and outings.

Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and reporting.

Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues.

Provide childcare and support children as required.

**Skills**:
Experience in childcare or working with children is essential
- Children’s home: 1 year (required)
- To hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, or equivalent.

Ability to drive and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Proficient in IT for documentation and communication purposes.

Strong communication skills to interact with service users and colleagues effectively.

Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.87-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 72 per week
