We offer flexible working patterns, where possible, within our services to provide flexibility and efficiency. We engage with patients in a variety of settings including at a community hospital base, home visits and online appointments. With a reputation for excellence, our service provides a stepped model of care tailored to the individuals needs for stabilisation and recovery. We offer a range of programmes and evidence-based treatments to assist with this.
We are a friendly, energetic and dynamic team who are proactive and visionary, focusing on excellent patient centred care. We recognise that our team members are our greatest asset and are keen that you feel supported and encouraged to fulfil your potential. We offer excellent learning and development opportunities and there are several routesto progression and advancement within the team and the organisation itself. Professional development opportunities are available; quality, effectiveness and service user experience given high priority.
The posts offer excellent prospects for cross-specialty, multidisciplinary working with a significant role to play in patient, carer and staff education, including audits, implementing and running of training programmes to improve patient care. There is a commitment to personal development and CPD and an expectation that all staff are involved in corporate departmental project work, audit/research and teaching of other healthcare professionals. All staff are actively involved in student training and we are hoping to be offering dietetic apprenticeships which all staff will also be involved in supporting. Please see attached JD/PS for full details.
